lowbrowse provides a verified news and civic information platform that offers:

• Policy tracking and legislative updates
• A dispute button on every card
• Civic information and context

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain civil and respectful communication
• Comply with our content guidelines

Content Guidelines

Users may not submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is misleading or fraudulent
• Violates privacy rights
• Contains spam or commercial solicitation

Dispute Resolution

Every card has a dispute button for challenging its accuracy. Reviewing disputes and publishing their outcome is still being built; until it is live, disputes are not yet reviewed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
